我院1985～1994年共做纤维胃镜检查3168例,检出消化性溃疡(以下简称PU)292例,其中胃溃疡149例、十二指肠溃疡143例,检出率为10.9％。 幽门螺杆菌(HP)测定采用尿素酶法HP快速诊断盒。292例中男192例、女100例,男女之比为1.92:1。年龄18～67岁。平均42.5岁。病程最长12年,最短7d。 症状变异特点 检出Pu292例中具有典型餐后上腹痛之胃溃疡(简称GU)10例;非典型症状者139例。具有典型饥饿上腹痛之十二指肠溃疡(简称DU)36例,非典型症状者107例。PU非典型症状中,无规律腹痛占47％;以
