教师不是孤立存在的,其生活、工作在一定的教师群体之中,群体组织对于个体成长的影响和作用十分明显。因此,有必要建设一些团队,让教师在个体发展的同时,呈现“满园春色”的景象。尤其是我们这样一所年轻的学校,建校时间较短,起点较低,师资队伍相对薄弱,整合教师之间的优质资源,形成合作、互动、分享、发展的协作组织,构建教师共同体尤为重要。我们尝试通过教师之间的合作对话、共生共享、共同发展的方式,借助彼此的力量,相互关怀与促动,在学习研究、合作分享中实现共融、共练、共润、共赢。
Teachers do not exist in isolation, their lives and work in a certain group of teachers, the impact of group organization on individual growth is very obvious. Therefore, it is necessary to build some teams so that teachers can show “Spring in the Garden” while developing their own individuality. Especially for a young school such as ours, it is particularly important to establish a teacher community with a relatively short period of time, a low starting point, and a relatively weak teaching staff. It is necessary to integrate high-quality resources among teachers to form a cooperative organization for cooperation, interaction, sharing and development .
