课堂教学是现阶段教学活动的基本形式。评价教师的课堂教学是学校管理工作的核心。课堂教学的评价又要通过听课、评课活动来进行。因此,听课、评课既是学校领导指导教学的主要途径,也是教师开展教研活动的重要形式。但是,在中学物理教学中,由于对物理课堂教学的评价标准和评课方法缺乏共同的认识,致使在评价一堂具体内容的物理课时,常常是各有各的理,有时甚至在总的评价上和重要问题上出现分歧。因此,弄清物理课堂教学的评价标准和评课方法,既可以避免评课者间的较大分歧,更重要的是指明物理课堂教学的努力方向,把物理教学研究引向正确轨道。
Classroom teaching is the basic form of teaching activities at this stage. Evaluating teachers’ classroom teaching is the core of school management. The evaluation of classroom teaching is also conducted through lectures and assessment activities. Therefore, attending classes and evaluating classes are the main ways for school leaders to guide teaching, and they are also an important form for teachers to carry out teaching and research activities. However, in the middle school physics teaching, due to the lack of common understanding of the physics classroom teaching evaluation standards and evaluation methods, it is often the case that when evaluating a physics class with a specific content, it often has its own reason, sometimes even on the general evaluation. There are disagreements on important issues. Therefore, clarifying the evaluation criteria and methods of class evaluation in physical classroom teaching can avoid the big differences among classifiers. It is more important to point out the direction of the physics classroom teaching and lead the physics teaching research to the correct track.
