目的探讨阿托伐他汀对急性脑梗死(ACI)血清中氧化低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)含量水平及颈动脉超声改变的影响。方法采用ELISA法测定32例ACI加用阿托伐他汀(观察组)与31例未加用阿托伐他汀者(对照组)入院第2天、出院时、治疗6个月后血清中OX-LDL含量水平。并于入院第2天、治疗6个月后检测颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)。结果两组入院第2天血清中OX-LDL含量水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组出院时、治疗6个月后均较对照组血清中OX-LDL含量水平明显降低(P<0.05)。CIMT两组入院第2天比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗6个月后较对照组CIMT明显减少(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀能显著降低ACI血清中OX-LDL含量水平,有利于CIMT减少。
Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on the levels of oxidized low density lipoprotein (OX-LDL) and the changes of carotid artery ultrasonography in acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods Serum levels of OX-2 in patients with ACI plus atorvastatin (observation group) and 31 patients without atorvastatin (control group) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) LDL levels. Carotid artery intima-media thickness (CIMT) was measured on the second day of admission after 6 months of treatment. Results There was no significant difference in serum OX-LDL levels between the two groups on the second day after admission (P> 0.05). The levels of OX-LDL in the serum of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the second day of CIMT admission between the two groups (P> 0.05). The CIMT of the observation group after 6 months treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Atorvastatin can significantly reduce the levels of OX-LDL in ACI serum and decrease CIMT.
