随着国家对教育事业的日益重视,对高教经费投入的不断增加,我国高等教育事业得到前所未有的发展。高等教育规模迅速扩张,这对高校的管理水平势必提出了更高的要求。文章从地方院校(以嘉兴学院为例)财务管理的角度阐述做好绩效预算工作对财务管理的意义,并提出做好绩效预算、提高财务管理水平、规避财务风险的途径。 With the increasing emphasis on education in our country and the increasing investment in higher education, China’s higher education has enjoyed unprecedented growth. The rapid expansion of the scale of higher education, which is bound to put forward higher requirements for the management of colleges and universities. This article elaborates the significance of performance budget work on financial management from the perspective of financial management in local colleges (Jiaxing University, for example), and puts forward ways to improve performance budget, improve financial management and avoid financial risks.
