企业经营能力是企业的生命之力。它包括企业的市场应变能力、获利能力、产品开发和技术储备能力、竞争能力以及企业信誉的创建维护能力等。四川天兴仪表厂领导班子在适应社会主义市场经济的转轨变型中,率领全厂职工紧紧抓住市场机遇,努力提高经营能力。1994年11月份,即提前完成当年计划目标,获得良好的经济效益。他们的主要做法是注重了“三个转变,一个提高”。
The ability of an enterprise to operate is the life force of the enterprise.
