为消除多通道表面肌电信号采集时相互间的耦合串扰,提出一种新的处理方法.在权重估计的基础上,以待分离信号采样点数及维数总的最小计算复杂度作为优化因子.将小波变换和优化后的广义权重估计(OGWE)算法结合,利用小波分析降低观测信号中噪声的影响后作为独立分量分析(ICA)输入信号.从量能值、相关系数等多方面对优化算法与FastICA算法进行了对比,结果表明该方法能有效消除多通道表面肌电信号的耦合串扰.
In order to eliminate the coupling crosstalk between multi-channel surface EMG signals, a new processing method is proposed.On the basis of weight estimation, the minimum computational complexity of signal points and the dimension of signal to be separated is taken as the optimization factor. Combining the wavelet transform with the optimized OGWE algorithm, the wavelet analysis is used to reduce the influence of noise in the observed signal and then the signal is input as independent component analysis (ICA). From the aspects of energy value and correlation coefficient, Compared with FastICA algorithm, the results show that this method can effectively eliminate the coupling crosstalk of multi-channel surface EMG signals.
