Objective: Oral leukoplakia (OLK) is the most common precancerous lesion of oral mucosa and undergoes variable rates of malignant transformation to oral squamous cell carcinoma (SCC).Accurate diagnosis of oral leukoplakia is essential in reducing the percentage of cancerization. In our previous work, we distinguished normal oral mucosa from low-, intermediate-and high-grade OLK as well as SCC from normal oral mucosa and OLK.In current work, we hope we could distinguish normal oral mucosa from low-grade OLK (identified as normal vs.low-OLK) as well as highgrade OLK from SCC (identified as high-OLK vs.SCC) so that we could improve our diagnostic models.
