　　Background:The ability of the 2010 World Health Organization(WHO)grading system,and American Joint Committee on Cancer(AJCC)staging system to stratify patients with gastric neuroendocrine tumors(g-NETs)into prognostic groups were validated to be unsatisfactory.This study aims to devise a novel and useful grading-node-metastasis(GNM)staging system for g-NETs,based on the latest AJCC and WHO criteria,through a multicenter clinical trial.
