The Party Central Committee has put forward the great strategy of constructing a harmonious society.Enterprise culture has strategic position in modern enterprise.Therefore, it should as well undertake the social responsibilities as well as the historical mission so that it can serve well for constructing a harmonious society.A harmonious enterprise culture can be constructed.This paper will study and analyze the related content, which is the basis of the paper.It will go deep into the inner part of the organization and explain specifically and recognize in the whole the following aspects: the connotation, the extension, the structure and the character of the harmonious enterprise culture.On the basis of the above content, it will construct a characteristic model for the culture in a harmonious enterprise.In addition, it will make use of the analysis methods which are the data in empirical investigation and statistic descriptions.Under the analysis methods, harmonious enterprise culture composing four factors can be made into a factor analysis model.The four factors are the following: basic value sense, the mission for enterprise, the harmony interior and the harmony exterior.This paper will provide a richer and deeper culture point of view, which lays a firm foundation for the successive culture construction of harmonious enterprises.
