　　目的 探讨骨髓的PET参数在淋巴瘤合并噬血细胞综合征(LA-HLH)患者中的价值。方法 回顾性分析我院2009年8月至2014年3月住院的34例初治LA-HLH患者临床资料。所有患者在初始治疗前均接受PET-CT以及骨髓穿刺和活检检查。我们对所有患者PET-CT上11处骨骼(T10-T12、L2-L4、肱骨、股骨、髂前上棘、髂后上棘、胸骨)最大标准摄取值(SUVmax)进行了测定。
