Water is now considered the most important but vulnerable resource,especially in the highly-populated and economic developing regions.In those regions,climate change is projected to exacerbate water vulnerability.These circumstances call for methodologies that can support water vulnerability assessment and the design of sustainable water management.This paper presents a hydro-economic indicator system that linked resource components,development components,pollution components with management components.
