We provided the ever description of the ultrastructure of the spermatozoa of Gekko japonicus,Gekko chinensis and Hemidactylus bowrigii to help advance the understanding of the phylogenetic relationships of Gekkonidae.Mature spermatozoa from male G.japonicus,G.chinensis and H.bowrigii,were collected from animals captured in three locations in China: Wenzhou,Zhejiang,Quanzhou and Putian,Fujian in early May 2014.
