研究了CRH2型动车组侧窗的风压疲劳性能,由试验得到了侧窗玻璃在循环载荷下的挠度曲线,观测了列车侧窗在承受一定周期循环载荷后的气密性状况及各连接组件的破坏情况。试验结果表明:随载荷增大,CRH2型动车组侧窗玻璃中心挠度近似成直线增长;部分连接件在承受较大载荷时产生损坏。该文对侧窗的抗循环载荷性能进行了总结分析,并给出了相应改进建议。
The wind pressure fatigue performance of side windows of CRH2 EMU was studied. The deflection curves of side windows under cyclic loading were obtained. The air tightness of the side windows of the train after cyclic load was observed, The destruction of the situation. The experimental results show that as the load increases, the deflection of the center of the side window of the CRH2 EMU increases approximately linearly, and some of the connectors are damaged under large load. This paper summarizes the anti-cyclic loading behavior of the side windows and gives some suggestions for improvement.
