室内研究了转Bt抗虫棉GK19对斜纹夜蛾幼虫的营养指标、取食行为及取食选择性的影响。结果表明,斜纹夜蛾3龄、5龄幼虫取食GK19后,相对生长率、相对取食量、食物利用率、食物转化率、近似消化率等营养指标与对照泗棉3号差异不显著。在24h非选择性取食试验中,斜纹夜蛾1龄、3龄幼虫对转Bt抗虫棉和常规棉均保持较高的取食率,未表现明显的规避行为。选择性试验中,斜纹夜蛾1龄幼虫在24h取食过程中,对泗棉3号的取食率始终高于对GK19,但处理间差异不显著。3龄幼虫在取食1h内,泗棉3号和GK19的取食率间差异不显著,第2~10h内对泗棉3号表现出较强的选择性,8h时选择取食率达到78.8%,极显著高于GK19。8h后随时间延长,泗棉3号上的幼虫取食率开始下降,GK19取食幼虫率开始上升,12~24h处理间差异不显著。1龄和3龄幼虫的选择性取食指数均达到显著差异水平。
The effects of transgenic Bt cotton GK19 on the nutritive index, feeding behavior and feeding selectivity of B. litura larvae were studied indoors. The results showed that the relative growth rate, relative food intake, food utilization rate, food conversion rate and approximate digestibility of GK19 were not significantly different from those of control Simian No.3 after GK19 was fed on 3rd instar and 5th instar larvae of Spodoptera litura. In the 24-h non-selective feeding experiment, the 1st and 3rd instar larvae of Spodoptera litura maintained a high feeding rate on Bt cotton and conventional cotton, and showed no significant evading behavior. In selective experiments, the first instar larvae of Spodoptera litura larvae fed on 24h, the feeding rate to Simian 3 was always higher than that of GK19, but the difference between treatments was not significant. In the first instar larvae, within 1 h of feeding, there was no significant difference in the feeding rates between Simian 3 and GK19, and strong selectivity to Simian 3 within 2 ~ 10h. The selective feeding rate reached 78.8 %, Extremely significantly higher than GK19.8h with time, the larvae feeding rate on Simian 3 began to decline, GK19 feeding larval rate began to rise, 12 ~ 24h treatment was no significant difference. The selective index of feeding of 1st and 3rd instar larvae reached significant differences.
