由Phoma arachidicola引起的花生网斑病是目前花生生产中重要叶部病害之一,发病面积广,危害严重.为筛选出低毒、安全、高效的防治药剂,本试验采用菌丝生长速率法,室内测定了13种杀菌剂对花生网斑病菌的抑菌活性,并比较了花生网斑病菌对不同杀菌剂的敏感性.结果表明,300g/L苯甲·丙环唑EC的毒力最强,EC50为1.9344mg/L;50%啶酰菌胺WG、300g/L醚菌·啶酰菌SC、50%多菌灵WP和10%苯醚甲环唑WG的EC50均小于6mg/L,抑菌效果较好.就敏感性而言,花生网斑病菌对不同杀菌剂的敏感程度存在差异,对50%多菌灵WP敏感性最高,对250g/L嘧菌酯SC最不敏感.综合考虑,在田间花生网斑病发生的不同时期,应轮换使用以上杀菌剂,以降低抗药性,有效控制该病害.
