Purpose Epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) is the most common cause of death from gynecological malignancies.The overall 5-year survival is only 30% due to late diagnosis and development of resistance to chemotherapy.The clinical pathological stage at diagnosis is one of the best prognostic predictors for patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.Advanced stage epithelial ovarian serous carcinoma (EOSC) generally have poor prognosis because of late diagnosis.The goal of this study is to develop a gene expression profile that can predict the prognosis of epithelial ovarian serous carcinoma (EOSC) at early and advanced stages.

目的 探讨18F-FDG PET/CT显像对常见妇科恶性肿瘤腹膜后淋巴结转移的诊断价值及临床意义.方法 选择拟行手术治疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者30例,所有患者术前均行PET/CT检查,后行根治性子宫切除,包括盆腔淋巴结切除和/或腹主动脉旁淋巴结取样.以手术病理结果作为对照,分别在区域淋巴结水平和病人水平计算PET/CT诊断妇科恶性肿瘤腹膜后淋巴结转移的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及准确性.
目的 探讨在宫颈鳞癌细胞中Ki67表达及变化与放疗敏感性的关系,以及化疗对放疗的影响.方法 入组50例宫颈鳞癌Ⅲ期患者,随机分为2组,1组单纯放疗、1组放化疗同步,采用免疫组化两步法,在放疗前及放疗10Gy后宫颈鳞癌活检组织标本中检测Ki67的表达率,分析Ki67表达率及下降率与近期疗效的关系,对比分析化疗对放疗的影响.结果 放疗前Ki67 ≧48%者对放疗敏感,CR率增高(P =0.048).放
