Because of the serious challenge of global climate change, developing low-carbon economy and building a low-carbon city become the inevitable choice of mankind.Under the constraint of low-carbon, the process of urban development includes change of traditional land use patterns and use of land on low-carbon economy mode.Based on analysis of problems of current urban land-use, a strategy of land use patterns under the constraint of low-carbon was given.
