Aim: In this study, the protective effect of fibrautetin against lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced acute lung injury (ALI) in mice was investigated.Methods: Kunming mice were injected intratracheally with LPS at 5 μg/10 g body weight to induce acute lung injury.Before treatment with LPS, fibrautetin was given intragastrically to mice at 2.25 mg/10 g body weight twice a day for three days.
