To explore the relationships between diet,blood biochemical indices and emotions,70 college students from a university in Guangzhou were sampled to complete thequestionnaires involving diet habits,PANAS and POMS scales.A fasting blood sample was taken for blood serotonin,tryptophan,glucose,minerals analysis by means of UPLC,GC,ICP-AES,AAS and ELISA.
