本文介绍了一种简便的针对1.5MW 双馈风电机组的低压穿越改造方法,该方法不需要对机组的主控系统、变桨系统以及变频器进行任何改造,只要在机组并网点处串入一台低压穿越控制设备,就可使风电机组满足GB19963-2011要求的低压穿越能力.该低压穿越控制设备由主功率旁路和电压支撑回路组成,主功率旁路在正常工况下传输机组的发电功率,在电网故障工况下,主功率旁路快速关断,同时电压支撑回路在向电网端输出无功

本文介绍了一种简便的针对1.5MW 双馈风电机组的低压穿越改造方法,该方法不需要对机组的主控系统、变桨系统以及变频器进行任何改造,只要在机组并网点处串入一台低压穿越控制设备,就可使风电机组满足GB19963-2011要求的低压穿越能力.该低压穿越控制设备由主功率旁路和电压支撑回路组成,主功率旁路在正常工况下传输机组的发电功率,在电网故障工况下,主功率旁路快速关断,同时电压支撑回路在向电网端输出无功功率来支撑电网电压,并在发电机端迅速建立起变频器正常工作所需的电压,让发电机继续保持功率、转速稳定.电网电压正常后,恢复到主功率旁路传输发电功率,电压支撑回路准备好的状态.这种简便的低压穿越改造方法,特别适用早期的风电机组,其主控系统、变桨系统以及变流器的型号较老,低压穿越改造所需的升级维护工作量大,甚至无法进行升级.应用此种方法,已使山西电网部分风电场完成了低压穿越改造,并通过电科院的低压穿越认证测试.
