18×7类阻旋转钢丝绳生产工艺改进

以18×7-FC —28mm阻旋转钢丝绳为例,从配丝、合绳工艺参数和制造方式等方面进行改进.常规式、粗细式到压实式钢丝绳,内层股中心丝分别为1.97、2.00、2.15 mm,子绳捻距分别为6.5、6.3、5.9倍.结果表明,钢丝绳破断拉力分别为451、454、465kN,内层股成型率最大差值为6.13%、5.09%、3.38%,压实式钢丝绳的平均使用寿命分别是常规式、粗细式的约1.3倍和1.2倍,钢丝绳的阻旋转性能也有极大改善.

本文通过分析钢制材料的特点及超高强度钢丝和钢绞线生产难点,得出(1)选择优质的超高强度高碳盘条,采用优化的拉拔、表面处理、镀锌、稳定化处理技术,可以生产出合格的超高强度预应力钢丝和钢绞线。(2)超高强度高碳钢盘条,通过高碳高硅和增加到质量分数约0.3%的铬来提高盘条和钢丝强度是一条有效途径。(3)在盘条中增加V,Ti,Ni,B,Nb可以使组织晶粒细化,提高盘条的强韧性。
