本文对YJ17卷接机蜘蛛手处漩涡风机的运行情况进行分析,发现其运行过程中会将部分粉尘传送至风机叶轮处,进而导致漩涡风机负压不稳定,出现蜘蛛手夹烟不稳掉烟的情况,为此针对漩涡风机研制了对应的除尘装置,从根本上解决了漩涡风机叶轮积尘的问题,避免了蜘蛛手由于负压不稳掉烟的情况,并将清理漩涡风机的时间由原来的每月40分钟减少到3个月1次,甚至更短.
