黄麻纤维切割过程能耗评估

  金属刀具切割植物纤维是农业工程领域常见的金属-生物材料相互作用形式,切割过程中的刀具磨损、能量消耗和切割质量是衡量切割系统性能的重要指标。为此设计了植物纤维切割试验装置,建立了纤维和刀具的受力模型,推导了切割过程中纤维拉伸能耗的计算公式。采用30°、45°两种刃口角度的刀具对黄麻纤维进行了切割试验,结合高速摄像图像分析了切割过程,认为黄麻纤维的破坏是一个同时受拉伸和切割的复杂过程;分析对比了不同刃口角度、不同切割速度条件下黄麻纤维切断过程中拉伸变形的能量消耗Et,结论认为切割速度对Et的影响不显著,刃口角度对Et的影响较大,30°刃口刀具切割过程中试样拉伸变形能耗Et较45°刃口刀具明显减少。提出了评估切割系统切割能力的参数,以此参数作物衡量标准,认为30°刃口角度切割系统的切割能力高于45°刃口角度切割系统。
