　　Pyroptosis is a form of regulated cell death in mammalian cells that is triggered by activation of various inflammasome complexes,leading to the activation of the proteolytic enzymes caspase-1 or caspases-4/5 in humans(or caspase-11 in mice),and cause the cleavage of gasdermin D.
