  The tumor extracellular environment is more acidic than normal tissues.Therefore,pH-dependent charge conversion systems could be used to realize efficient drug delivery.In this study,a multi-functional nanoconjugate based on Poly(β-L-malic acid)(PMLA)was designed for effective and specific drug delivery.Short branched polyethyleneimine(sbPEI)-modified PMLA(PEPM)was synthesized.Fragment HAb18 F(ab)2 and 2,3-Dimethylmaleic anhydride(DMA)conjugated PEPM(HDPEPM)nanoconjugate was constructed.

本研究主要开展了基于纳米生物材料修饰的微电极阵列设计、制备和纳米效应研究,进行了脑神经信息电生理和神经化学物质的双模检测系统和无线低功耗神经信息IC芯片研制和测试研究,建立了离体培养神经细胞检测模型和帕金森大鼠动物检测模型,实现了对离体脑神经细胞和活体大鼠脑神经细胞动作电位、场电位电生理信号及多巴胺、抗坏血酸和葡萄糖等化学物质的高灵敏动态实时检测。
