At present most vitamin D is processed by embedding technique in calcium fortified products.It improves the antioxidant capacity of vitamin D, however, it also makes difficulty to extract of vitamin D in quality control process.This article developed a method for the determination of vitamin D3 in calcium fortified foods such as pregnancy nutrition product by solid supported liquid-liquid extraction (SLE) and HPLC technologies.We applied the solution, 0.95mol / L citric acid/DMSO(1/4,v/v),to break the coating of vitamin D3.Then the solution was loaded to a Cleanert SLE cartridge(7g/60mL).We packed a porous hydrophilic material named diatomite to adsorb the aqueous sample for 15minutes and then eluted it with a water immiscible organic solution to get the cleaned sample.After concentration and reconstitution, the sample was detected by HPLC.The result show that this method has a satisfied recovery, precision and sensitivity.It can be used to determine vitamin D3 in pregnancy nutrition product.
