Most pesticides would enter aquatic environment by water cycles.Pesticides residue in aquatic environment posed a great threat to the growth,survival and reproduction of aquatic organisms.Aquatic organisms can sensitive and intuitive reflect changes in the aquatic environment,thus are suitable as biological indicators of environmental pollutants to monitor the quality of aquatic systems.[1] In this work,a non-targeted metabolomics method was developed by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight high-resolution mass spectrometry(UPLC-qTOF MS).[2] Crucian carp were selected as the representative samples,the effects of trichlorfon,beta-cypermethrin and imidacloprid on the liver and brain of fish were separately investigated.The differential metabolites represented by triacylglycerols were obtained by comparing the accurate mass-to-charge ratios with the database.[3,4] Among the three pesticides,imidacloprid had the most significant effect on triacylglycerols metabolism,and the liver was more marked than the brain.In accordance with many studies that have been conducted,pesticides have an impact on the lipid metabolism process of living things.
