研究了Re、W含量对第三代定向高温合金DZ12组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明四种不同Re、W含量的合金微观组织基本相同,但Re明显阻碍了γ’相的长大,含4wt%Re合金枝晶杆区的γ’相的尺寸明显小于含3wt%Re合金的,并且立方化形态更好;W也有阻止γ’相粗化的作用,但不如Re明显。Re、W含量提高明显改善了DZ12合金的高温持久性能,而且Re的作用更明显,这主要应归功于Re、W对基体γ相的强化以及阻碍了γ’相的粗化。
The effect of Re and W content on microstructure and properties of the third generation oriented superalloy DZ12 was studied. The experimental results show that the microstructure of the four alloys with different Re and W contents is basically the same, but Re obviously hinders the growth of the γ ’phase. The size of the γ’ phase in the 4 wt% Re alloy dendritic rod region is obviously smaller than that of the alloy containing 3 wt% Re Alloy, and the cubic form is better; W also has the effect of preventing the γ ’coarsening, but not as obvious as Re. The increase of Re and W content obviously improves the high temperature durability of DZ12 alloy, and the effect of Re is more obvious, mainly due to the strengthening of matrix γ phase and the coarsening of γ ’phase by Re and W.
