With the increased aquaculture production and the continuous expansion of the scale of aquaculture,deterioration of the environment,increased culture density and other factors lead to serious diseases of aquaculture species,and the problems such as drug abuse in aquaculture and poor implementation of withdrawal in accordance with the norms are very serious.The above issues pose a threat to quality & safety of aquaculture products and seriously affect sustainable development of fisheries.This article explored the impact factors of quality & safety of aquatic products and sustainable development of fisheries from the aspects of aquaculture facilities and modes,disease prevention and control,standard and supervision system construction,etc,and further made some suggestions.

中华鲟(Acipenser sinensis)在海水中生长发育,在淡水中产卵繁殖.通过碱不稳定性蛋白结合磷法测定不同年龄中华鲟血清中磷含量,以磷的含量变化反映卵黄蛋白原(VTG)变化情况.实验鱼为人工养殖0.5、1、2、3、4、5、6、8、9、10龄中华鲟和野生成熟中华鲟,共81尾,其中8尾野生雌鱼在人工繁殖前后各取样2~4次,共测97个样本.结果显示低龄中华鲟VTG含量较低,最低值在5龄,含磷量
