将 4 2例急性脑梗塞患者随机分为两组 ,对照组采用常规治疗 ,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用体外反搏 (ECP) ,分别于治疗前和治疗一个疗程后检测患者血浆内皮素 (ET)、丙二醛 (MDA)及超氧歧化酶 (SOD)含量。结果显示 ,两组患者治疗后血浆 ET、MDA含量下降 ,SOD含量升高 ,以观察组更加明显。血浆 ET与 MDA含量呈正相关 ,血浆 ET、MDA与 SOD含量呈负相关。认为 ECP能够降低急性脑梗塞患者血浆 ET含量 ,减轻脂质过氧化反应。
Forty-two patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional therapy. The observation group was treated with ECP in addition to the conventional treatment. The levels of plasma endothelin (ET), malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) content. The results showed that plasma ET and MDA levels decreased and SOD levels increased after treatment in both groups, with the observation group more obvious. Plasma ET and MDA levels were positively correlated, while plasma ET, MDA and SOD contents were negatively correlated. ECP can reduce plasma ET levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction and reduce lipid peroxidation.
