：

目的:研究桃叶珊瑚苷对TGFβ1诱导人肝星状细胞活化及细胞外基质沉积的影响,为阐明其对肝损伤的保护机制提供理论依据.方法:采用人肝星状细胞(LX-2),分为9组实验.各组细胞在含10％FBS的DMEM培养基中孵育36h.倒置显微镜观察细胞形态的改变;实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(RT-qPCR)法和蛋白质印迹(Western blot)法检测LX-2的活化指标α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)及反映细
