18~90mm连续变焦距镜头的研制

  为了实现对有限远物体的快速对准和精确分辨,本文研制了物距280~340mm 的变焦距镜头,对该变焦距镜头的工作原理、结构设计、测试实验等进行了研究。首先,介绍了有限物距变焦距镜头的工作原理和光学设计指标。接着,详细阐述了该镜头的整体结构、变焦补偿机构和调焦机构,研究了变倍补偿凸轮和调焦凸轮的凸轮曲线,在nX nASTRAn 环境下建立了变倍补偿凸轮和调焦凸轮的有限元模型,并对其进行了模态分析,得到了两个凸轮的前六阶固有频率和阵型,其中两凸轮的一阶固有频率分别为1050 Hz和1132 Hz,满足工作环境中的振动要求。最后采用EIA1956分辨率标准测试板对对研制的变焦距镜头分辨率进行了测试,实验结果表明:该变焦距镜头的水平分辨率优于800TVLine(电视线),满足设计指标要求。
