Cu2O as a p-type semiconductor with a direct band gap of 2.17eV has been extensively studied,particularly for photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants.In this work, highly ordered and vertically aligned TiO2 nanotube arrays were achieved by two-step anodization process;then an ameliorated PTES-methanol solution soaking process was adopted for the preparation of superhydrophobic TiO2 template.
