  Multiple genes modules fast cloning, assembly, fusion expression and multi-module simultaneous expression, were the basic and molecular biology technique for synthetic biology module library constructing and metabolic pathway engineering, We have developed a multi-functional, fast and efficient gene module assembly and expression system based on T7 expression system and isocaudamers technology.With the system, only one pair of PCR primers is need to achieve the fidelity expression of gene module, expression with N or C terminal affinity purification tag, unlimited gene fusion expression and multi-modules simultaneous expression.
