Smart learning is a new kind of learning style after the mobile learning and the ubiquitous learning.It is the product of the deeply fusion between technology and education in the new era.And as a significant characteristic,personalized learning has attracted more and more attentions.Questions like how to cultivate the students' personalized learning ability and how to help students form their own personalized learning style should be considered.In this paper,first,the framework of instructional design from the student's point of view is constructed for the purpose of personalized learning; and then,some detailed instructional design strategies are described.
