　　Whether there is contradiction between to achieve the target of accelerating urbanization and that of controlling total amount of energy consumption in China and what is the impact of urbanization on energy consumption in china are two questions we care about.We conduct a comparative analysis of impact of urbanization on energy consumption between international and domestic panel data under the framework of STIRPAT using data of 30 provinces and 62 countries and do scenario analysis of China in 2020.
