  钯催化的C-H 活化反应是近年来的一个研究热点.吲哚是一类重要的杂环类化合物.长期以来,吲哚类化合物的官能化一直是研究热点,它作为一类重要化合物在药物化学和天然产物合成上具有重要用途1.近几年来,文献中对于吲哚实现直接官能团化已有一些成功的报道2.Stille 偶联反应最早由Eaborn 和Kosugi 小组于1976-1977 年提出3,已经越来越为人们所关注,在医药以及天然产物合成中得到了广泛的应用.但是,有机锡化物和卤代芳烃化合物都有剧毒,且造价高昂,这就使得Stille 偶联反应的应用有了很大的局限性.目前,通过C-H 键活化的Stille 偶联反应的研究是极为少见的.
