通过对TC4纵向高倍组织进行分析,研究轧制加工率、热处理方法对TC4棒材纵向组织的影响。结果表明:高的热处理温度可以细化纵向晶粒,但有限度;大的加工率可以细化晶粒,得到细的纵向高倍组织的棒材,满足国外用户的要求;坯料预热处理和合理轧制工艺可以得到细的纵向高倍组织。确定了纵向细晶组织棒材的工艺路线及参数,得到了组织、退火性能满足GB/T13810—2007,固溶时效性能满足GJB2219—1994要求的棒材。
Through the analysis of TC4 longitudinal high-magnification microstructure, the influence of rolling rate and heat-treatment method on the longitudinal structure of TC4 bar was studied.
