目的:观察冠心平对血管内皮分泌因子NO、NOS、ET、AngⅡ水平的影响,探讨冠心平治疗冠心病的相关机制。方法:采用金黄地鼠喂饲以高脂饲料,建立动脉粥样硬化模型,模型建立后,随机分成正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性药对照组、冠心平大、小剂量组,各组给予相应药物,8周后,检测金黄地鼠外周血清中NO、NOS、AngⅡ含量和血浆中ET的水平。结果:冠心平具有升高高脂饲料致金黄地鼠冠状动脉粥样硬化后血清NO水平和降低血浆ET含量的作用,同时也可以降低血清AngⅡ水平和调节NOS水平。结论:冠心平通过对血管内皮因子NO、NOS、ET、AngⅡ水平的调节,达到改善动脉粥样硬化症状,保护冠心病患者心脏和血管的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Guanxinping on the levels of NO, NOS, ET and AngⅡ in vascular endothelial cells and explore the mechanism of Guanxinping in treating coronary heart disease. Methods: The model of atherosclerosis was established by feeding golden hamster with high-fat diet. After the model was established, it was randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, positive drug control group, Guanxipingping large and small dose group, Corresponding drug, 8 weeks later, the content of NO, NOS, AngⅡ and ET in plasma were detected. Results: Guanxinping could elevate serum NO level and decrease plasma ET content in corneal atherosclerosis rats induced by high fat diet, meanwhile, it can also decrease serum AngⅡ level and regulate NOS level. Conclusion: Guanxinping can ameliorate the symptoms of atherosclerosis and protect the heart and blood vessels in patients with coronary heart disease by regulating the levels of NO, NOS, ET and AngⅡ.
