目的 了解高海拔地区石油钻探工人健康状况及膳食影响因素,为防治提供科学依据.方法 选取川西石油钻探公司1051 名男性石油钻探工人进行健康检查,采用称重法和24h 回顾法进行膳食调查,食物频率法调查饮食行为.结果 ①调查对象总体患病率为76.3%,高尿酸血症、高脂血症、糖尿病的检出率分别为48.8%、30.8%、16.0%,高尿酸血症、糖尿病在40-50 岁年龄段检出率最高.②调查对象水果、水产品、蛋类、维生素A、B族维生素和钙的摄入量严重不足,畜禽肉、油和盐、蛋白质、脂肪、钠、铁的摄入量过高.③39.3%的调查对象从不饮奶,85.7%和83.9%的调查对象每周摄入高油和高盐食物在4 次以上.结论 高海拔地区石油钻探工人的健康状况较差,可能与膳食结构不合理、膳食行为较差有关.应重视石油钻探工人的健康状况,加强健康教育,提倡合理营养.
