Alzheimers disease(AD)is characterized by the progressive decline of memory and other cognitive functions.Increasing evidence indicates that the abnormal amyloid β (Aβ)accumulation and Aβ-related neuronal hyperactivity are central to the pathogenesis of AD.Unfortunately,there is still no effective treatment for inhibiting process of AD.
