悬尾应激(tail-suspension)可用来研究应激本身对机体的影响,同时又经常被用来制作行为绝望的抑郁症动物模型.另外,由于其头下脚上的处理方式使得动物的体液重新分布,与处于微重力状态下的航天员有相似之处,故悬尾应激也常被用于航天医学研究.本研究以十字迷宫为测试工具,研究悬尾应激对年轻成年昆明小鼠绝对和相对空间记忆获得、巩固及其反转学习的影响.动物随机分为四组,分别是绝对空间记忆获得组,绝对空间记忆巩固组,相对空间记忆获得组,相对空间记忆巩固组;每组均又分为应激组和对照组.在每天的训练前(记忆获得)或后(记忆巩固)进行悬尾处理,将动物尾部向上悬挂于1.5 m高的横梁上持续20 min,以产生应激效应,以动物连续3d正确率保持在90%以上为学会,然后将实验规则颠倒,进行空间反转学习.四组实验结果均表明,在训练初期,应激组动物与对照组相比成绩并无太大差异.随着训练天数的逐渐增加,对照组的成绩显著提高,而应激组的成绩虽略有提升,但与对照组相比差异显著.
