本文论述了用三维光弹性法对高增压柴油机组合式活塞的应力试验和分析。并介绍了就活塞的顶面型式和间隙大小用平面光弹性法进行的多方案对比试验。结果表明,组合式活塞头部与裙部间的不同间隙,对活寨的应力分布有明显的影响,这与用有元限法计算的结果相等。试验指出,合理的控制铸模工艺和温度,用搪塑制做芯模比用石蜡和砷像胶经济有利。
This paper discusses the three-dimensional photoelasticity of the high-pressure diesel piston combination stress test and analysis. A multi-plan comparison test using the plane photoelastic method with respect to the type of the top surface of the piston and the size of the gap is presented. The results show that the different gap between the head and the skirt of the combined piston has a significant effect on the stress distribution of the living walnut, which is equal to the result of the finite element method. Experiments show that the reasonable control of the mold process and temperature, the use of slush made of core than with paraffin wax and arsenic, like plastic economy and favorable.
