Background Premature coronary artery disease (pCAD) is defined as: age of people who suffering from coronary heart disease ＜55 years in male,and ＜65 years in female.Compared with traditional coronary artery disease,pCAD have more strong genetic backgrounds and other predisposing factors.Premature acute coronary syndrome (pACS) is one type of pCAD which is catching more attention because of its severity and risk.The objective was to investigate clinical characteristics,complications and in-hospital mortality in premature patients with acute coronary syndrome.
