As a tool of durg delivery system,nanoparticles have been implemented in treating cancer and many other medical areas.However,the problem of accumulation of nanoparticles in animals body is the most serious obstacle which hinder these applications in clinical practice.In this study,we studied mesoporous silica nanoparticle which has a promising prospect for its stable structure,biological compatibility and high modified tendency and modify its surface with DOCA.Based on that,we processed the research of metabolism and excretion of nanoparticles to illustrate the effect on mesoporous silica manoparticle after being modified by DOCA.
