Aim: LBPF4-OL is a polysaccharide from traditional Chinese medicine Lycium barbarum.In this research, we investigated the molecular mechanism of LBPF4-OL on macrophages.Methods: RT-PCR and ELISA were used in the analysis of cytokine level.Lymphocyte proliferation was analyzed with 3H--TdR incorporation method.TLR4 gene mutation mice C3H/HeJ and antibodies block were used to verify the binding sites.
