　　Previous studies using diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)have shown that cocaine use disorder(CUD)is associated with impaired white matter microstructure.Recently,we combined DTI and Bayesian statistical methods and demonstrated that the impaired white matter in CUD subjects may be associated with genetic factors(Azadeh et al.,Neuroimage 125:813,2016).
