不同经营类型下毛竹地下根茎的分形特征

通过原位全挖调查法对笋用林、笋材两用林和材用林的根茎进行挖掘.运用分形理论和拓扑学对其分形特征进行研究,分析根茎分形特征、分支模式,并分析根茎分形参数之间的相关性.结果发现:3种经营类型下毛竹地下根茎具有很好的分形特征,其分形维数值分别为笋用林(1.85±0.02)、笋材两用林(1.89±0.002)、材用林(1.84±0.01),分形维数和分形丰度的大小分别与根茎分枝角度、总长度、总体积和拓扑指数具有显著正相关,其直接反映了根茎在土壤空间资源的占据能力、开发效率以及营养物质的运输和储备能力.3 种经营类型下毛竹地下根茎的拓扑指数均很大,根茎分支模式均为人字形分支结构,并且根茎拓扑指数与根茎总长度、总体积、分枝角度有显著正相关,与经营类型无关.对8 个分型参数进行相关性分析,根茎拓扑指数、总长度、总体积和分枝角度能够很好地反映根茎的分形特征.因此,同一物种不同经营类型根茎分形参数的差异也间接表现出了物种适应生境的差异上,笋用林通过根茎数量的增多,笋材两用林利用分枝角度的增大、总长度的增长和总体积变大,材用林则利用分枝角度的减小、平均根茎长度的增加来提高根茎在土壤中的拓展能力和开发效率,以便满足整个植株的生长发育,所以说分形理论和拓扑学对分析根茎生理和生态功能是一种有效的方法.

本研究调查了不同覆盖年限下雷竹林地下鞭的分布特征.结果表明,随覆盖年限增加,雷竹地下鞭的数量、重量及长度都是增加的.然而,覆盖经营后,新鞭的数量却是下降的,同时根鞭上浮,50%以上集中于0-10cm.同时,覆盖经营后土壤表层(0-10cm)酸化严重,上浮根鞭则受到严重危害,会加剧雷竹退化.因此,雷竹根鞭上浮是导致连续覆盖经营雷竹林退化的最主要因素,控制雷竹根鞭上浮是保证雷竹可持续覆盖经营的关键.
