支架玻杆池炉的结构特点

支架玻杆池炉为熔解池与澄清池(工作池)完全分隔、带流液洞、全保温、两种加热方法熔化玻璃的池炉.熔解池与澄清池完全分隔开的优点为:两个池有各自的温度制度,便于温度调节,保证熔解池、澄清池的压力制度和气氛制度的控制,有利于操作人员对池炉的调节与控制,为提高玻璃质量创造了有利条件.池炉接触玻璃液和空间的耐火材料全部用电熔AZS系列的锆刚玉砖,大部分砖与砖接触面采用抛光工艺加工的.
